This is simply an example of a community post page.  The title can be the question / etc.  Then when you click on the title you’ll be taken to the page with the full article / answer / etc.

Just add a new post and choose the “Community” category on the right to make it appear on the community page.  If you don’t choose the community category your post will be automatically put on the Blog page.
